<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸這兩年以來因為負擔了所有家裡的開銷，另外之前期貨選擇權輸光所有存款，目前存款為 0 。有趣的是不知道為什麼常會在社群媒體看到理財相關文章，最近常出現的都是類似有錢人想的與你不一樣標題的，好奇乾脆就去圖書館借了一本很久以前最有名的 <a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010316121?srsltid=AfmBOoqx-yBXNDHW9t-29PJFzoGUxmF_f4xiU80UXpmDC5E7rixVfaZR">有錢人想的和你不一樣 Secrets of the Millionaire Mind</a> 來看看。分享讀後心得也給自己做個紀錄。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">老實說這本書是作者為了要推廣他的課程寫的，所以重點的如何執行跟細節都不會講，只有提到心態上的不同會導致富裕與貧窮的差別。心態上節錄雄霸認為比較有用的如下:</p>

<li>有錢是好事且是結果: 所謂有錢意思是有能力賺很多錢，表示這個人值得信任且有方法，因此能賺很多錢，有能力是一件好事且不應被嫌惡譴責</li>



<li>正面思考: 如同吸引力法則，關注的事情會無限放大，因此如果在意負面事情，容易覺得任何事情都是負面，反過來如果保持正向，好事也會不斷發生</li>



<li>了解打破家庭環境的影響: 我們或多或少會受到父母等影響，而形塑成為自己的價值觀影響如何用錢，需要意識到自己受到的教育與自己期望的差別，進而去打破舊有的思維</li>



<li>存錢比較重要: 賺再多的錢若不能存起來，在真正應該用錢滾錢時也無法使用</li>



<li>選擇有能力的朋友聚會: 近朱者赤近墨者黑 是有道理的，常跟怎麼樣的人混在一起自己也會變成那樣的人</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這兩週雄霸有點跑者厭倦，有點想出去跑步但碰到要出門的時候又有點畏懼，老實說也不知道要怎麼克服，就先用強迫的試試看。雖然一樣出門時間晚了，但有出門比沒出門好，而且要強迫就直接挑戰自己最怕的乳酸閾值吧。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">結論就是一個大成功，順便破了自己的 5K PB，現在進步到 24:28m。主要原因應該是更掌握的姿勢跑法的訣竅，的確就是很簡單的把後腳跟抬起來，自然踏出去，但其實連續動作會有點像是腳踏車的感覺，兩腳輪流畫圈，比較困難的還是在呼吸的搭配上面，雄霸一直也都沒找到節奏，就是很偷懶的隨便呼吸。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可以看到心率在一開始降低很多，當然這是跟雄霸之前的狀況相比，但相同的是一下子呼吸調不過來後心率就回不來了。不過對於雄霸的優先順序來說，現在應該還是先練習姿勢跑法到熟練，然後要把呼吸節奏固定下來，這樣應該心率就自然會降下來了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸改採用姿勢跑法幾天，果然持續練習會有效果，已經開始抓到一點感覺了。雖然 again 又太晚出門，下雨的狀況考慮很久，不過決定出門去跑步是對的，再一次老天有獎賞雄霸，跑回家之後就開始下大雨了。天道酬勤，還是應該堅守原則，沒下雨就出門跑，頂多淋雨回家而已呀。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">從平均速度看不出來，但是心率可以看出差非常多，抓到一點感覺的確跟書上說的一樣，是一種單純把腳跟拉起來的動作，然後就會自然的往前踏步出去，只是要注意讓頭、肩、屁股、腳成一直線，然後膝蓋彎曲，讓前腳掌先著地。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">比較辛苦的是要讓前腳掌先著地所以要練習彎曲的角度，另外就是發現自己的呼吸頻率要搭配步頻，步頻要加快。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這週有兩天早起了但突然不太想出門跑步，雄霸懷疑是跑者厭倦心態，之前網路做功課時有看到有時會這樣，仔細思考可能是最近換姿勢另外由於太熱造成成績沒有進步產生，要破除也只能靠自己的根性，今天剛好碰到最累最怕的乳酸閾值，又是連續跑，決定還是要來挑戰。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其實不出所料的出門又晚了一點，但比前兩天好很多，稍微得到一點正向能量，先想好最差狀況就是中途放棄而已，決定繼續用姿勢跑法練習。雖然一開始又有點想放棄有點累，但可能這兩天繼續的複習書本，在熱身的時候有抓到一點感覺，就這樣持續進入到 4:50m/Km 的 20分鐘速度跑了。這一段最累的原因是因為雄霸目前的程度是只能改用嘴巴呼吸，用嘴巴呼吸方式整體就會很累，先跑 1Km看看，沒想到就進展到了 3Km，只是最後的 1Km 非常難熬，老實說雄霸一直看手錶，但都已經快完成了，一定要撐下去，雄霸也是有在考慮那放棄最後的 10分鐘恢復跑好了，進入到恢復跑的時候，想法變成都撐到現在了，那完成它好了，結果竟然就這樣完成了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可能由於最近熱衷跑步，社群媒體推給雄霸的內容都是相關的，先是把裝備買完後，最近覺得比較好奇的就是姿勢技術了，由於雄霸跑步是娛樂不是要炫耀，也沒有要參加比賽或是進步到什麼程度，但天氣熱發現跑得很辛苦，因此對於跑步技術開始有點興趣，如何可以更輕鬆一點的跑更遠的距離。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">被推到的是姿勢跑法的推薦，先去圖書館借到了這本書 <a href="https://running.biji.co/index.php?q=news&amp;act=info&amp;id=110166&amp;subtitle=%E3%80%90%E8%B7%91%E6%AD%A5%E5%A5%BD%E6%9B%B8%E6%8E%A8%E8%96%A6%E3%80%91%E8%B7%91%E6%AD%A5%EF%BC%8C%E8%A9%B2%E6%80%8E%E9%BA%BC%E8%B7%91%3F">跑步 該怎麼跑</a>，看了一下覺得很有道理就自己去買了，主要的方法就是利用重力，這個雄霸之前有學習 Garmin Coach 讓身體往前傾一點感受到加速的輕鬆，所以很相信這樣的理論，其實最重要的就只有 跑步時只要腳後跟向臀部拉抬，再依照身體向前進順勢將腳輕放落地，因此雄霸讀完書後，迫不及待的準備嘗試這樣的跑法。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">剛開始跑的時候其實也不太知道什麼叫做腳後跟向臀部拉抬，跑了 5Km之後才有點領悟，頭、肩膀、臀部成一直線時，腳往這個直線方向上抬，之後就會自然的往前跨出去，但需要經驗去測試身體往前傾的角度多少比較好，以及要抬多少比較好，另一個難的是雙腳輪動的節奏。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">發現心率降了好多，也有比較輕鬆的感覺，不過前述是需要調整垂直高度及步頻來改善移動效率，這應該就是接下來雄霸的課題，有找到新的改善點是一件好事。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸雖然最近最熱衷的是跑步，但從運動學到了任何事情都是需要堅持，所以料理也是每週堅持至少一天，甚至也學會了去傳統市場買菜跟滷肉。剛好這天老婆可以去接小孩，雄霸可以早點回家煮飯，就來驗收一下這段時間的成果。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">燙地瓜葉最簡單，基本上就是要洗好之後，莖的部分雄霸會拔掉一些，放進水裡煮，有點軟之後再加鹽進水裡面，都滾了之後測試一下軟硬度就可以起鍋。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">煎雞排雄霸是買 Costco 的去骨雞腿肉，需要先徹底退冰，可以先灑鹽於兩面，熱鍋加油到冒煙後轉中火，把皮的那一面先往下放進鍋，等待 4:30~5:00 時間後翻面，另一面一樣煎 4:30~5:00 就可以起鍋了。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">清蒸石斑雄霸也是買 Costco 的龍虎石斑，也需要徹底退冰，在魚的底下先放蔥、薑、蒜頭，讓魚跟盤子中間保持一點空間，魚的上面一樣放一點蔥、薑、蒜頭，但量就不需要跟底部一樣多，倒一些米酒在魚上面，然後重點就是一定要加上一些蒸魚醬油，這個會差非常多，放入電鍋，當然電鍋底部要加一些水，就可以開始按下開關等它煮好。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">滷腿庫的部分雄霸<a href="https://www.cubtalk.com/%e4%ba%82%e7%85%ae%e6%96%99%e7%90%86-%e6%bb%b7%e8%82%89/">雖然第一次就成功了</a>，但後續兩次都失敗太鹹，不過有學到了失敗的原因改進。一開始一樣不需放油或是少少的油放進鍋裡大火炒，直到肉的顏色變成白色，這時候要依照肉的重量放進調味料，比例是 肉 1台斤: 米酒、龜甲萬醬油各0.5米量杯，然後繼續炒到醬料變少之後，可用壓力鍋或是換燉鍋，把蔥、薑、蒜頭以及水煮蛋或豆干那些的放進去，水要放到超過所有材料，轉中小火繼續約半小時，另一個重點是若有雜質要記得去除，滷汁會好很多喔。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在外面跑步有個好處是因為風景會一直改變，一面欣賞風景、人景的變化讓單調的跑步更有趣。雄霸自從突破了大直內湖區域後，對於挑戰別的區域也開始有信心了。自從上次跑到百靈橋後，這次想要繼續往更遠的地方前進。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">上次跑到接近可過橋到社子的地方覺得之後好像可以延伸到故宮，因為到外雙溪通常雄霸都是從大直過自強隧道，還沒有這樣繞一大圈，上次有點遺憾是因為天氣熱造成體力調配不好只能折返。其實這次也好不到哪裡去，因為出發再度晚了，跑到上次的終點，補給了能量膠，想再試試延伸，結果人算不如天算，竟然因為工程封閉了跑道，雄霸只好臨時改路線，不想再沿著去程跑回去，當然另一個原因也是雖然吃了能量膠，隱約覺得可能體力不行。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">臨時看了地圖可以跑到劍潭，再來個爬山健行活動回大直，這些都是新的路線及活動，挑起了雄霸的挑戰魂。一面往劍潭前進欣賞風景，原來Nvidia總部預訂的北市科附近很讚，也有很多公園又有展覽館，跑起來很舒服，不太覺得累，到了士林夜市發現早晨時間變成傳統市場，而且東西好便宜。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一面逛一面休息，然後蠻有趣的沿路一堆 ubike 停靠站誘惑雄霸騎車回去就好不要健行了，但可能就是因為風景的關係，雄霸覺得自己應該能做到 1.5小時的健行，決定挑戰。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">意外發現其實跑步讓自己的體力變好，爬山也不覺得特別累，甚至發現自己蠻快的，只是得排隊等前面的山友慢慢走。這條路也比預期的要窄很多，還好還有人。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">到山頂拍個照，覺得爬山最有成就感應該就是這個，一方面也回想當年熱愛拍照的時候，也是常背著相機到處爬山。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">要往回家路上時看了一下才 2.8Km覺得很不屑，然後悲劇就來了，由於雄霸的路線應該選擇的是道明外僑學校而不是劍南路站或是通北街，在叉路的地方猶豫了很久，選擇路最大的通北街，Google Maps 一直說錯了，繞回來看的確有一條小路，但被倒的樹幹擋住了，雄霸猶豫了三次，中間也嘗試往劍南路站方向走了 10分鐘，決定來挑戰看看。媽呀發現路上非常難走都是蜘蛛網又很窄，而且石頭高低差很多，還碰到了兩三個樹幹橫跨在路上的狀況，但雄霸已經選擇，另外判斷這雖然很久沒人走但的確是一條路，路只有一條就是跑下去呀，硬著頭皮花了一個多小時走完。但跟跑步一樣，終於抵達道明國際學校的時候非常有成就感，再次做到了一件以前做不到的事情。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">總結，雖然是臨時起意得到的收穫，但下次還是應該計劃及準備完整，另外可以在週末時間比較充裕的時候做一點小的改變去挑戰沒做過的事情。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可能是昨天無氧跑步完成度太差，Garmin Coach 又再次安排了一樣的無氧跑步課程，但減少了衝刺時間從 1:00 到 0:40。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸今天更早起床，但發現出門時間一樣差不多，真的需要改進這個拖延的習慣，加上昨天小孩也睡不好，雄霸睡眠分數也差，其實完全沒有把握可以完成這個課程。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">真的凡事都是相反的，今天狀況差但反而完成度高，也是驗證了雄霸最近領悟到的，其實或許我們看到的因果關係其實是相反的，就是因為困難所以才變得厲害。關鍵點應該還是在自己的決心，有決心要做這件事情後，一切都會變得順利。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今天決定要好好完成課表，另一方面也是從昨天的經驗了解完成分數太低這個課程會一直來，雄霸並不想要每天這麼累的跑無氧。所以從一開始的熱身就是到河濱公園才開始，也很乖的配合速度。有了昨天的經驗，無氧配速比較抓的住一點感覺，但每次速度還是太快了一點，而之後的恢復 7:15m/Km 配速應該是可以說掌握了，其實就是跑步但是幾乎非常慢的步頻就可以了，另外不要硬撐鼻子呼吸，第一次無氧改用嘴巴呼吸後，全部都用嘴巴呼吸了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">看起來很平常的 8K 跑步，其實一開始就很想放棄了，熱天就是容易累，呼吸不順，不過雄霸強迫自己靠著根性堅持到至少 8K，果然網路上說的沒錯，夏天成績退步不是真的退步，因為熱的影響很大，也因為這樣雄霸開始看手錶的熱適應指數。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">不過意外發現其實早上往士林跑很不錯，因為日曬的角度的關係，往內湖跑沒有遮蔽物更會覺得熱。另外也決定每天早上跑到一半停下來拍照沒有關係，記錄一下每天看到的美景。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">終於進入 Garmin Coach 半馬訓練的組建階段，也一陣子沒練習高強度的無氧了，可能因為雄霸每天都跑，Garmin Coach 常會覺得連續太累，安排比較短時間的基礎，今天是因為原訂的休息日，雄霸一時起意決定直接跑無氧。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於雄霸最大的毛病就是出門會拖延，不意外今天出門又太晚，但需要趕 6:30 之前回家準備小孩的早餐及換衣服等上學需要，所以一開始就不太順利心情有點急躁。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">開始無氧跑後發現主要問題是忘記 4:15m/Km 的配速到底是多快，只好先全力但鼻子呼吸試看看，沒想到這樣還是太快，導致一分鐘跑完後很喘，因此之後所有的 7:15m/Km 恢復跑都只能改用走路的。不過雄霸覺得這樣也好，本來自己能力就不足，目標是想跑完 8 次的無氧跑，為了完成最重要的目標，中間其他的課程沒完成就算了。跑到第 6 次的時候開始有點了解 4:15m/Km 的速度是什麼感覺，不需要用到全力，但還是只能嘴巴呼吸，應該是因為之前的衝刺無法馬上調整回來。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最終完成分數只有 35，很低，但應該要給自己一些鼓勵，注重最大目標放棄較小目標是正確的，另外是有出來跑步就是好事，要多給自己一些正向能量，不當好學生也沒關係。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另外途中停下來幾次拍照，因為有出來跑步所以可以感受到早晨的美景，是額外收穫。</p>
