<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸這兩年以來因為負擔了所有家裡的開銷，另外之前期貨選擇權輸光所有存款，目前存款為 0 。有趣的是不知道為什麼常會在社群媒體看到理財相關文章，最近常出現的都是類似有錢人想的與你不一樣標題的，好奇乾脆就去圖書館借了一本很久以前最有名的 <a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010316121?srsltid=AfmBOoqx-yBXNDHW9t-29PJFzoGUxmF_f4xiU80UXpmDC5E7rixVfaZR">有錢人想的和你不一樣 Secrets of the Millionaire Mind</a> 來看看。分享讀後心得也給自己做個紀錄。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">老實說這本書是作者為了要推廣他的課程寫的，所以重點的如何執行跟細節都不會講，只有提到心態上的不同會導致富裕與貧窮的差別。心態上節錄雄霸認為比較有用的如下:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>有錢是好事且是結果: 所謂有錢意思是有能力賺很多錢，表示這個人值得信任且有方法，因此能賺很多錢，有能力是一件好事且不應被嫌惡譴責</li>



<li>正面思考: 如同吸引力法則，關注的事情會無限放大，因此如果在意負面事情，容易覺得任何事情都是負面，反過來如果保持正向，好事也會不斷發生</li>



<li>了解打破家庭環境的影響: 我們或多或少會受到父母等影響，而形塑成為自己的價值觀影響如何用錢，需要意識到自己受到的教育與自己期望的差別，進而去打破舊有的思維</li>



<li>存錢比較重要: 賺再多的錢若不能存起來，在真正應該用錢滾錢時也無法使用</li>



<li>選擇有能力的朋友聚會: 近朱者赤近墨者黑 是有道理的，常跟怎麼樣的人混在一起自己也會變成那樣的人</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這週有兩天早起了但突然不太想出門跑步，雄霸懷疑是跑者厭倦心態，之前網路做功課時有看到有時會這樣，仔細思考可能是最近換姿勢另外由於太熱造成成績沒有進步產生，要破除也只能靠自己的根性，今天剛好碰到最累最怕的乳酸閾值，又是連續跑，決定還是要來挑戰。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其實不出所料的出門又晚了一點，但比前兩天好很多，稍微得到一點正向能量，先想好最差狀況就是中途放棄而已，決定繼續用姿勢跑法練習。雖然一開始又有點想放棄有點累，但可能這兩天繼續的複習書本，在熱身的時候有抓到一點感覺，就這樣持續進入到 4:50m/Km 的 20分鐘速度跑了。這一段最累的原因是因為雄霸目前的程度是只能改用嘴巴呼吸，用嘴巴呼吸方式整體就會很累，先跑 1Km看看，沒想到就進展到了 3Km，只是最後的 1Km 非常難熬，老實說雄霸一直看手錶，但都已經快完成了，一定要撐下去，雄霸也是有在考慮那放棄最後的 10分鐘恢復跑好了，進入到恢復跑的時候，想法變成都撐到現在了，那完成它好了，結果竟然就這樣完成了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在外面跑步有個好處是因為風景會一直改變，一面欣賞風景、人景的變化讓單調的跑步更有趣。雄霸自從突破了大直內湖區域後，對於挑戰別的區域也開始有信心了。自從上次跑到百靈橋後，這次想要繼續往更遠的地方前進。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">上次跑到接近可過橋到社子的地方覺得之後好像可以延伸到故宮，因為到外雙溪通常雄霸都是從大直過自強隧道，還沒有這樣繞一大圈，上次有點遺憾是因為天氣熱造成體力調配不好只能折返。其實這次也好不到哪裡去，因為出發再度晚了，跑到上次的終點，補給了能量膠，想再試試延伸，結果人算不如天算，竟然因為工程封閉了跑道，雄霸只好臨時改路線，不想再沿著去程跑回去，當然另一個原因也是雖然吃了能量膠，隱約覺得可能體力不行。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">臨時看了地圖可以跑到劍潭，再來個爬山健行活動回大直，這些都是新的路線及活動，挑起了雄霸的挑戰魂。一面往劍潭前進欣賞風景，原來Nvidia總部預訂的北市科附近很讚，也有很多公園又有展覽館，跑起來很舒服，不太覺得累，到了士林夜市發現早晨時間變成傳統市場，而且東西好便宜。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一面逛一面休息，然後蠻有趣的沿路一堆 ubike 停靠站誘惑雄霸騎車回去就好不要健行了，但可能就是因為風景的關係，雄霸覺得自己應該能做到 1.5小時的健行，決定挑戰。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">意外發現其實跑步讓自己的體力變好，爬山也不覺得特別累，甚至發現自己蠻快的，只是得排隊等前面的山友慢慢走。這條路也比預期的要窄很多，還好還有人。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">到山頂拍個照，覺得爬山最有成就感應該就是這個，一方面也回想當年熱愛拍照的時候，也是常背著相機到處爬山。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">要往回家路上時看了一下才 2.8Km覺得很不屑，然後悲劇就來了，由於雄霸的路線應該選擇的是道明外僑學校而不是劍南路站或是通北街，在叉路的地方猶豫了很久，選擇路最大的通北街，Google Maps 一直說錯了，繞回來看的確有一條小路，但被倒的樹幹擋住了，雄霸猶豫了三次，中間也嘗試往劍南路站方向走了 10分鐘，決定來挑戰看看。媽呀發現路上非常難走都是蜘蛛網又很窄，而且石頭高低差很多，還碰到了兩三個樹幹橫跨在路上的狀況，但雄霸已經選擇，另外判斷這雖然很久沒人走但的確是一條路，路只有一條就是跑下去呀，硬著頭皮花了一個多小時走完。但跟跑步一樣，終於抵達道明國際學校的時候非常有成就感，再次做到了一件以前做不到的事情。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">總結，雖然是臨時起意得到的收穫，但下次還是應該計劃及準備完整，另外可以在週末時間比較充裕的時候做一點小的改變去挑戰沒做過的事情。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">終於進入 Garmin Coach 半馬訓練的組建階段，也一陣子沒練習高強度的無氧了，可能因為雄霸每天都跑，Garmin Coach 常會覺得連續太累，安排比較短時間的基礎，今天是因為原訂的休息日，雄霸一時起意決定直接跑無氧。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於雄霸最大的毛病就是出門會拖延，不意外今天出門又太晚，但需要趕 6:30 之前回家準備小孩的早餐及換衣服等上學需要，所以一開始就不太順利心情有點急躁。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">開始無氧跑後發現主要問題是忘記 4:15m/Km 的配速到底是多快，只好先全力但鼻子呼吸試看看，沒想到這樣還是太快，導致一分鐘跑完後很喘，因此之後所有的 7:15m/Km 恢復跑都只能改用走路的。不過雄霸覺得這樣也好，本來自己能力就不足，目標是想跑完 8 次的無氧跑，為了完成最重要的目標，中間其他的課程沒完成就算了。跑到第 6 次的時候開始有點了解 4:15m/Km 的速度是什麼感覺，不需要用到全力，但還是只能嘴巴呼吸，應該是因為之前的衝刺無法馬上調整回來。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最終完成分數只有 35，很低，但應該要給自己一些鼓勵，注重最大目標放棄較小目標是正確的，另外是有出來跑步就是好事，要多給自己一些正向能量，不當好學生也沒關係。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另外途中停下來幾次拍照，因為有出來跑步所以可以感受到早晨的美景，是額外收穫。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">經過 <a href="https://www.cubtalk.com/%e8%b7%91%e6%ad%a5%e6%97%a5%e8%a8%98-%e4%ba%ba%e7%94%9f%e5%88%9d%e6%ac%a1%e8%87%aa%e4%b8%bb%e5%8d%8a%e9%a6%ac/">2025/3/29 第一次自主半程馬拉松</a> 經驗以及詢問其他強者同學後，雄霸了解了全馬不喝水不吃能量膠應該是無法達成的，網路查詢後發現人類的極限應該是在 30KM 左右，而全程馬拉松是遠超過的 42KM。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">上網研究後購買了紅牛的能量膠咖啡口味、Aonijie的跑步背包加上1.5L水袋，利用今天的基礎練習來測試。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">剛好是一個本週第二涼爽的早晨，不過雄霸自己檢討在家裡摸太久因此跟平常出發的時間差不多，但有出門跑步就要給自己鼓勵，背好所有東西出發。雖然要比平常腰包感覺不同且增加了很多重量，但可能背包感覺比較好，不覺得重，跟平常一樣的感覺。配速採用跟之前一樣的 6m/Km 左右，不過可能跑過乳酸閾值及衝刺，不由自主就會加速到 5:30m/Km。由於一下子就變得很熱，選擇樹蔭較多的往士林路線。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">跑到 5Km 左右決定要來測試邊跑邊喝水，雖然在家裡就測試了一下知道這種水袋是要先咬再吸的方式喝水，但實際上跑步狀態很難打開開關，一不小心就整個吸嘴脫落，雄霸手忙腳亂狀態只好先降速來修復，而且了解了應該一開始就把開關打開，這樣跑步狀態只要咬跟吸就可以喝到水，不過嚴格來說這次是失敗的測試，學到了暫時要喝水的話還是應該至少回到走路狀態喝完水再繼續跑步，喝了水感覺也有點影響，數據看起來並沒有太大影響，但雄霸知道其實是有的，喝了水的消化以及喝水時候打亂了呼吸的節奏。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">原本天氣預報是說會下雨，而且剛好美堤河濱公園這天在進行 Elle 路跑比賽，因此雄霸多睡了一下，沒想到起床後發現其實是毛毛雨狀態，從之前的經驗反省後，做出了那就出去跑跑試試看，反正之前也有經驗是後來雨停，以及大雨中全身濕跑步，Nothing to lose。意外的學習到了不同的經驗，因為這次跑步感覺老天不斷的鼓勵我。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一開始走路到附近的公園路上，還在猶豫是不是真的要跑，因為雨勢變大了一點，但有趣的就是因為 Pokemon Go 需要完成一個 route 的任務，走到目的地之後雨就停了，那當然就開始跑了，這次由於出門較晚，不打算去繞碧湖公園一週因為人很多，而是沿著捷運路線到很多人跑步的大湖公園。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">當然事情不會這麼順利，剛開始跑的時候就覺得右腹部橫膈膜有點痛，不確定是早餐消化或是突然速度太快，這時候之前經驗又發揮作用，降速測試是不是還繼續痛，結果不痛了，就降速繼續跑。不過可能是心理因素或是熱身不足，一路上覺得呼吸很不順跑得很累，也不確定是不是能夠完成到大湖公園的目的地，一樣靠著經驗鼓勵自己，這都是根性的問題，要堅持到身體某個地方痛為止。由於是街道路跑，這時紅綠燈意外發生了可以休息的作用，雖然有人說跑跑停停更不好，但這時剛好需要的就是一個 break。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">經過了一個比較長的上坡後，就到了大湖公園，心理覺得很振奮，也得到了意外的獎賞，發現了戶外飲水機可以補充一下水，不需要去便利商店買，好久沒去的大湖公園小跑一下順便探路，為下一次做準備。雖然去程只有 6K，但反正也帶了新買的紅牛能量膠咖啡口味，就測試一下，發現能量膠撕開也是需要技術，雄霸搞了30秒，喝下去發現原來這麼甜，真的不適合當一般的飲料，喝下去之後也沒有特別感覺，但很神奇的回程覺得很輕鬆，甚至可以加速，完全沒有去程的疲累感。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">跑回家附近，感覺好像要從多雲變晴天，雄霸執行另一個任務，去傳統市場買腿庫要來滷肉，沒想到剛好有特惠活動送 NTD100，覺得老天真的在鼓勵雄霸這次堅持出來跑步。心滿意足的回到家，一進門外面就開始下超級大的雨，雄霸覺得老天這次的獎賞真是太大了。天道酬勤，開始並堅持才會厲害。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸由於當兵時是預官，也剛好是第一屆改變制度不需要去成功嶺新訓，而是直接去鳳山步兵學校受訓 10 個月，因此跟其他人不一樣沒有早晚跑 5 公里。常聽別的跑者說到 5K 的重要性，而且是跑者的基本訓練，當然每天開始跑步後，就想挑戰 5K。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於這個時候才剛開始跑步，也沒有熱身或是吃早餐等搭配，更別說配速了，就是一股腦的盡量跑，當然就是很困難的一個挑戰。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">而且雄霸毛病就是自以為厲害，所以一開始就跑的相對快，從速度表中看得出來，最後的確快不行了，是勉強撐完了全程。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雄霸很相信老天一定會給考驗，今天狀況好，就會發生一些事情讓你中斷了原本計劃的長跑，然後發生了一個問題，就會繼續有其他的問題出現讓你更難受。這三天 (2025/4/12~2025/4/14) 就是這樣的狀況。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">週六原本計劃要長跑，因為週日有台新女子馬拉松，雄霸常去的河濱公園管制，但雄霸貪心想利用好天氣順便洗衣服，一洗下去覺得好像快好了那晚點出門好了，曬好衣服一拖就是到 7 點，由於雄霸必須要在 8 點前回到家，時間有點趕，跑一下子發現人很多，心理上又趕著回家，就放棄了週六的跑步，可能這個放棄帶來了負面的能量，一到家發現自己很久沒用的 Paypal 帳號被盜用，且帳號都被改掉無法復原，客服又只限平日，雄霸很著急怕帳戶被拿去做洗錢，到了中午，需要幫小孩報名夏令營，發現總金額約 12 萬，雄霸的戶頭裡面沒這麼多錢無法直接付款，又加深了負面的能量。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">週日早上河濱公園管制，雄霸想說那就跑一般的道路好了，但容易放棄的心態又說服了雄霸，跑一下子就覺得那改用走的好了，根本沒什麼跑到。繼續的加深負面能量，到了中午，雄霸小孩不小心摔到雄霸手機，背板掉了一塊下來，更慘的是手機顯示找不到 SIM 卡，修理了很久還是不行，雄霸轉念想說那來騎飛輪好了，一上飛輪發現顯示板由於螺絲脫落掉下，也找不到螺絲了。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">不過就在這麼多不幸的事情接連發生後，雄霸決定要轉念，不能讓自己掉進負面能量的惡性循環，無法改變這些事情，就改變自己的心態。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">只是開始不想自己倒楣，從手機修復開始，判斷應該是接觸不良，拿出工具調整 SIM 卡槽角度並清潔，一面想好最差就是去電信門市換成 eSIM 方式，就可以繼續用手機之後也不需要每次都這樣修理 SIM 卡接觸不良，重開幾次之後竟然手機就抓的到 SIM 卡了。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">開始有了好事情，雄霸更相信轉念的力量，隔天早上起來跑步，雖然狀況很好，但因為腹痛停止，當然馬上應用轉念的力量，就是因為碰到問題，之後才能避免發生，查詢後發現原來以為早餐喝豆漿比較好，但因為早餐完雄霸馬上出門跑步，消化時間不夠。這是一件好事，之後就要避免豆漿當早餐。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">接下來上班偷空處理 Paypal 事情，雖然電話等了非常久，接通後意外的提供之前帳號、姓名、地址驗證後，刪除帳號就結束了，這件事完成。雄霸繼續累積正面能量。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">到中午去買螺絲修理飛輪，也很順利的找到服務人員花了 $30 買到了一盒。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另外的好事是，熊媽訂購的保險箱，原先很擔心在不在家又無法回家的時候到貨，沒想到剛好的空檔物流打電話來，雖然分兩次寄送，但雄霸都剛好趕上也完成了這件掛心的事情。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">回家後把買的螺絲裝上飛輪，一舉解決了多年的飛輪問題。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這些好事都發生在轉念之後，一天之內解決了這麼多問題，除了轉念，雄霸也學到了面對問題不要逃避，正視問題，才能轉念去解決問題。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">跑步這件事對雄霸來說，是希望能夠跑到全馬的距離完賽。之前雄霸一直以為就是每天持續的跑慢就會進步，但參加了 Garmin Coach 計劃後改變了這個觀念。要跑的遠，還是需要搭配一些衝刺等無氧運動，整體身體的狀況變強了之後，才能跑的更遠。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這次 Garmin Coach 計劃中雄霸大概看出來他是安排每週可以有兩次的衝刺或是乳酸閾值訓練來提升最大攝氧量及乳酸閾值，而老實說雄霸已經習慣了跑慢跑遠，對於這些衝刺很頭痛，甚至本週前兩次乳酸閾值失敗未完成課程後，有點對於跑步倦怠。今天順利完成衝刺，對於心理上有很大的幫助，計劃明天繼續進行乳酸閾值訓練。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這次進行的是 9 次的 3:05m/Km 衝刺，雄霸意外的發現自己可以用鼻子呼吸來完成，另外也很意外自己全力跑的速度可以到達課程要求。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">比較美中不足的是最近的心率控制不好，希望大部分維持在 zone 2 / 3，但實際上大部分都在 zone 4。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">不過這次最大的收穫是因為做到了帶來成就感，克服了之前無法堅持沒有根性的缺點，有信心接下來可以持續進步。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">熊爸在 <a href="https://www.cubtalk.com/%e5%be%9e%e9%85%92%e9%ac%bc%e5%88%b0%e5%8d%8a%e9%a6%ac%e8%b7%91%e8%80%85%e7%9a%84%e8%b7%91%e6%ad%a5%e6%97%a5%e8%a8%98-%e5%8f%97%e5%82%b7%e6%89%8d%e6%9c%83%e5%ad%b8%e7%bf%92/">5 Km 賽事當天受傷了</a>，部位是阿基里斯鍵及小腿比目魚肌。雖然使用 Google Search 查到原因，不過後來發現 AI 更簡單，雄霸有付費 ChatGPT ，因此使用疼痛部位查詢到原因，是因為短時間內增加太多訓練量，而肌力又由於跑鞋是有名避震的 On Running Cloudmonster 2，反而導致沒有跟上應有的力量而不夠。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">對應的辦法是每天都要進行肌力訓練，其實最有效的就是提踵運動，將腳趾部分往上，拉筋後腳肌肉的動作。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另外由於雄霸之前是打籃球為主，非常了解及害怕阿基里斯腱受傷，查詢過後決定購買小腿壓縮套以及腳踝護具。雄霸原則就是用在健康的就用貴的，因此比較過後決定購買醫療等級的德國保德範小腿壓縮套，腳踝護具原本沒有想要買，但在 Pokemon Go 活動上被Snug 銷售人員說服買回來試試看。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這段期間剛好雄霸媽媽髕骨開刀，因此雄霸也有點擔心，購買了 Adidas 的髕骨護具。</p>





<p class="wp-block-paragraph">然後經由爬文也了解了使用滾輪按摩的重要性，覺得滾輪應該影響不大所以就買了便宜的迪卡儂滾輪。</p>
